The project is built on a 34,640 m2 plot of land. It will be built in three blocks: two 42-story residential towers with 399 residential units ranging in size from 100 to 425 m2, and two 42-story residential towers with 399 residential units ranging in size from 1+1 to 4+1.

The third block is being built on 36 stories and will house only 113 workplaces. The project also comprises 113 garden offices, creating a new work idea with a more flexible working environment.

With a unique architectural alternative and a modern design where every detail matters, the project is considered one of Istanbul’s most appealing buildings.

The project is particularly notable for its superb placement along one of Istanbul’s most important business corridors, the Bosphorus Bridge. It is also easily accessible from various sections of the city, thanks to the metro and Metrobus stations, which are both within walking distance.
