It’s a mixed-use project situated on the European side in Mecidiyeköy, in the centre of Istanbul, one of the prominent business quarters of Istanbul.

The project is considered one of the most charming towers in Istanbul with a new architectural alternative and a modern design where every detail matters.

The project is also distinguished on its excellent location in one of the prominent business axes in Istanbul by the Bosphorus bridge. It also has easy access from different parts of the city thanks to the metro, and the Metrobus stations reachable within a walking distance.

The project design is a merge of modern minimalist architecture with innovative aesthetical and functional features. It also gave great importance to nature, with 10,000 m² dedicated only for green areas and considered the biggest in the neighbourhood.
