The Kağıthane project is located on Kemerburgaz Street, which connects Kağıthane and the TEM Highway. Thanks to its strategic location, it is within walking distance of the Nurtepe-Kağıthane Metro Station, to which the Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey metro line is connected, as well as a few minutes from the highways.

Kağıthane project is designed as a living platform rather than just a housing project. The project includes 205 residences and office units; 60% is reserved for social areas and landscaping, and 29% for office and commercial volumes.

The flats in the project can be transformed into spaces for different uses with their interior arrangements. This allows users to be as accessible as possible when designing their homes.
