3+1 Villa in Girne, Northern Cyprus

Established on a total area of 5100 m², the project consists of 11 detached villas and 6 semi-detached villas. There is a giant 980 m² pool in the middle of the complex. Around the pool, there are islands with relaxation areas, sun loungers, and a bar, which can be reached by wooden bridges. All villas have a 42 m² roof terrace. There is a barbecue area on the terraces. It is located in a unique location intertwined with nature, where you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning and the sunset with quality wine in the evening.

The villas are equipped with a VRF system. There are modern fireplaces surrounded by glass on 4 sides in the living room. The open-plan kitchen, a large hall, the terrace, and the living room are located on the ground floor. The central vacuum system and the built-in vacuum cleaner are other comfort-enhancing features. First-class quality materials, such as the German brand Rehau PVC system and Grohe sanitary installations, were used. During the construction phase, you can design your own house as a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom. There is a laundry room option for 2-bedroom villas.
