It’s a villa project in Beykoz, at the northern end of the Bosphorus, on the Asian side. Beykoz has several unique features, ranging from streams to the Bosphorus’s entry into the Black Sea, as well as the hinterland settlements and Riva Creek. It’s one of Istanbul’s most tranquil and green districts.
The project is primarily residential, with only villas. It covers an area of 1,157,000 m2 and includes a variety of landscape and social amenities. It consists of 1400 villas that will be supplied in three stages: the first stage will be delivered in December 2021, the second stage between 2022 and 2023, and the third stage between 2023 and 2025.
The project includes 8 various types and layouts of villas, ranging in size from 153 to 495 m2 and ranging in size from 2+1 to 5+2, with duplexes and triplexes.
The project is located in a very quiet and pleasant region away from the crowds, but accessible to all basic services and major landmarks in the city’s heart. It is completely immersed in nature, with breathtaking views of the Black Sea and the Riva Forest.
The villas will be delivered shell-and-core, allowing residents to customize the interior to meet their specific needs and tastes.
Each house has its own private garden, which ranges in size from 100 to 500 m2.
The beach and the forest are only a few minutes away from the villas. Both Istanbul airports will be reached in 30 minutes.
