The project which started with the slogan “The newest family project of Basın Ekspres” is being built on a 5 thousand square Decare plot on the Basin Express Road. The project, consisting of a total of 180 residential buildings, includes 1 + 1, 2 + 1 and 3 + 1 apartments. In the project, 1 + 1 apartments have a size of 68 to 70 square metres, 2 + 1 apartments have a size of 95 to 142 square metres, and 3 + 1 apartments have a size of 152 to 157 square metres. There are also commercial units under the blocks in the project.
