2+1 Apartment in Mersin, Turkey

The project that we want to propose is located in the Mezitli area and consists of 1 block of 14 floors, which will include 70 apartments with a layout of 2 + 1 and 3 + 1. The total building area was 4133 sq.m. The residential complex is supplied with gas, thermal insulation, a smart elevator system and a fire safety system are provided during its construction. Interior finishing includes false ceiling, PVC window panes, steel front door, first-class plumbing. The walls will be painted with imported silicone paint, and the floors will be covered with 10mm.
