Life begins at the end of 2019 in ‘Perola Residence’, rising at one of the most central points of Basın Ekspres in Güneşli, one of the developing regions of the European Side. Perola Residence, implemented jointly by Three Sun and Cihangir Educational Institutions, consists of 209 residences, 31 home offices and two commercial units. Designed as two blocks, the project includes different housing options from 1+0 to 3+1. In Perola Residence, the usage areas of the apartments start from 38 square meters and reach up to 231 square meters. Modern architectural design All apartments in Perola Residence, which draws attention with its modern architectural design, are designed to put comfort, technology and safety at the center.In the project, where security will be provided with a 24/7 camera system and security team, it is aimed to minimize vehicle traffic within the site with indoor parking lots. Thus, residents of all ages are expected to have a safe and enjoyable time in the project.
