Kentplus Centrium consists of a total of 796 flats on an area of 22.000 m2. The positioning of each of the four blocks in the project was carried out in accordance with the terrain. In this positioning, care was taken not to block each other’s light and view between the blocks. Thus, in every block, the vast forest and sea views were specially preserved for the viewing pleasure of KentPlus Centrium residents.Throughout the project, there are 52 types of apartments with sea and forest views, suitable for all tastes and needs. While there are 1+0, 1+1 and 2+1 type flats that can also be used as home offices in KentPlus Tower, in Centrium Park there are flats from 1+1 to 4+1 as regular floor, duplex, townhouse and garden or floor.
