It is based on the consciousness and need that respects nature and uses energy and water resources efficiently. In Greenox, with less energy, the building is provided to be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The irrigation and fertilization system of the building is fully automated. These courtyards, in which focal points are created with green and water elements, are separated from each other both in terms of functionality and design language. While adopting a more formal language in the entrance area, which can be described as open to everyone, a more comfortable and colorful language is used in the social courtyard where all social facilities are located. In special areas such as social courtyards and terraces, both comfortable and innovative design solutions have been directed, and courtyards can be transformed into different spaces and functions by providing transitions with each other. It is aimed to create a green area that will improve social life by designing guest suites, meeting & study rooms, pool, fitness, sitting and barbecue areas in the terrace area. It is located in the area where the existing buildings on the second side of the European Side facing Levent Büyükdere street have been reconsidered within the framework of urban transformation.
