This boutique project of stone houses located on six hectares of land in the Yalikavak area, the pearl of the Bodrum peninsula. The idea for this project came from a family search for the perfect home immersed in nature. The idea was later scaled up to 11 estates.
The houses are built mainly from local natural stone. This project is a modern monument of historical stone architecture, once common in the Bodrum region. Among the architects of the project is a world-famous Turkish architect, winner of the architecture award.
The project consists of eleven stone houses, each located on a plot of 4,000-5,000 m², providing privacy and breathtaking views of Yalikavak Bay. Building permits for the Project have been obtained. The first house was completed and handed over to its owner in 2016. Of the remaining ten houses, three are available for sale. House 2 was also completed in autumn 2017. The houses are built specifically for year-round use. Underfloor heating and central air conditioning are present in all interior spaces.
