This fantastically well equipped fully air-conditioned luxury villa directly overlooks the beach and has the most wonderful unobstructed sea views. It is set within a beautiful and well designed Seaside complex. Where there is a large 1,700 sq ft swimming pool, a 150 sq ft childrens pool, and extensive well kept landscaped gardens offering plenty of room to swim, sunbathe, or relax.

The villa also has its own private pool. The terraces and balconies offer perfect views of the dramatic red sunsets and the ground floor terrace has a Jacuzzi, and a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing on those warm summer evenings.

The estate is a collection of townhouses, apartments, and detached villas built in a U-shape around a large communal swimming pool with extensive landscaped gardens. The complex is on the beach with nothing in front of it other than the turquoise Mediterranean sea. Although, in a quiet part of Calis the busy resort centre is only a 20 minute stroll along the promenade or a 10 minute bus ride. The harbour town of Fethiye is easily accessible by taking a water taxi from the resort centre and the world famous beach at Oludeniz is only a 20 minute drive away.

is a beach resort area of Fethiye. The Beach is well known for picturesque sunsets, sea breeze and the 3 km long beach promenade. Restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and all for relaxing and fun are both along the promenade and in lively centre of Calis. The main town Fethiye is 4 km away.
