It is located in the new Finance Center, which will be formed with the relocation of the BRSA and CMB in 2016.
It consists of high residences, residence villas and office blocks.Varyap Meridian; It was designed by British origin RMJM / NY, which was selected as a result of the competition organised among world-famous architectural companies. RMJM design group, which created a sketch by visiting the most popular districts of Istanbul and neighbourhoods with traditional buildings, came up with a drawing that reflects the historical peninsula with mosque silhouettes. Located in West Ataşehir, Varyap Meridian draws attention with its unique architecture that integrates with Istanbul.Within the project, all blocks were carefully placed by considering criteria such as daylight and wind. With the correct positioning, the harsh east-west direction that could obstruct the view of the city was minimised. With the addition of balconies that create a dynamic terrace form to all residential blocks in Varyap Meridian, a unique panoramic view of the Marmara, the Islands and the city was offered to the project residents. All floors were designed in a minimal building structure to enjoy the view accompanied by a panoramic view.In the project; A part of the energy needs of the common areas are met by the energy produced from natural sources such as wind and sun, rainwater and greywater are collected and treated, and then used for irrigation of green areas. Thus, it contributes to the protection of nature and saves up to 40% of water and up to 30% of energy, together with batteries and reservoirs that consume less water.Only 13% of the land on which the project was built was reserved for buildings, and the remaining area was designed as a green area by preserving the topographic structure. The choice of trees suitable for the climate of the region and the wide recreation areas created in the landscape designed in parallel with the architectural concept also match the green identity of the project. The residential areas are completely surrounded by a green zone consisting of parks and sports fields. Located in the large park, the pond and its surroundings create a distinctive natural environment with a waterfront plantation.MISSIONTo continuously and significantly increase the value we add to our tenants, property owners, employees, society and environment with our effectiveness, agility and management model efficiency.VISIONTo meet the expectations of a wide range of services at the highest level by providing the right Performance / Operation Model ratio. The architectural project of Varyap Meridian was drawn by RMJM Architecture.
