Thus, unnecessary heating of the houses in the summer will be prevented.  In order for the building users to spend less energy on heating, the insulation in the project will be made in accordance with the American ASHRAE Standard. A thermostatic valve will be placed in each room so that the residential users can adjust the temperature control themselves and thus consume less energy. Environmentally friendly refrigerant gas that does not harm the ozone layer will be used.Materials and Resources:Systems have been designed so that residential users will not be forced to protect the environment, so that they can easily decompose waste. After the construction is completed, the residences will be isolated and protected so that the residences are not affected by the dust generated during the construction. Special mats in accordance with the American standard will be placed at the entrance of the building so that the outside dirt and dust do not enter the residences. The environment is also protected during the construction process of the project, because some of the materials are selected from local construction materials with recycled content, and almost all of the waste generated in the construction is sent for recycling, preventing the spread of dust and dirt to the environment and groundwater.Internal Quality of Life:In the project, window areas and heights were wide and room depths were kept at optimum so that plenty of daylight could enter through the windows, so that the lamps could be turned on later.
